Loyd R. Daniel
 
Loyd R. Daniel is the founding member and the managing partner overseeing all aspects of the firm while specializing in acquisitions and new opportunities.
Prior to forming Strand Capital Group, Mr. Daniel was the founding Partner of the Daniel Professional Group, Inc. which was the largest local public accounting and auditing firm in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. Mr. Daniel served as the Managing Partner for 30 years.  Prior to forming the Daniel Professional Group, Mr. Daniel was an Audit Manager with Price Waterhouse & Co. for eight years.
 
Mr. Daniel also served as the partner in charge of the Daniel Professional Group's management advisory services practice assisting clients with mergers and acquisitions in various industries.  Specific experiences include the leveraged buy-outs, tax structuring, buying and selling negotiating, debt and equity structuring and general business counseling.  Mr. Daniel also served as the real estate specialist for The Daniel Professional Group.
 
Mr. Daniel received a B.B.A. Accounting Degree in 1967 from Wake Forest University and became a Certified Public Accountant in North Carolina in 1970.

J. Patrick Lowe
 
J. Patrick Lowe is a founding member and senior partner with Strand Capital Group specializing in construction management, financial modeling, deal structure and opportunity analysis. Mr. Lowe is also the Broker-in-Charge of his real estate brokerage firm.
 
In addition to participating in the management of the affairs of the Strand Capital companies, Mr. Lowe also serves as a Board Member of the following property owner associations:

Before joining Strand Capital, Mr. Lowe worked in the information technology, banking and corporate finance sectors.
 
Mr. Lowe received a B.S. in Finance and Accounting from Virginia Tech in 1990.
 
Charles H. Daniel
 
Charles H. Daniel is a Partner and Senior Project Manager with Strand Capital Group who specializes in construction and risk management while managing various other aspects of the company’s real estate holdings and development projects.
 
In addition to his regular business affairs Mr. Daniel serves as a Board Member of the following

Before joining Strand Capital in 2005, Mr. Daniel spent 5 years as a Financial Advisor with Deutsche Bank Alex Brown.
 
Mr. Daniel received a B.A. from Wake Forest University in 1997 and an MBA from Wake Forest University Babcock School of Business in 2004.
